Four-way intersection, and the entrance to a business park (the only direction without stop sign) – this is the setup of the video sent to us by the BlackVue user JCJPark.

He was going straight after a car that turned left in the same lane. He didn’t anticipate that the car in the lane on the right will attempt to turn left expecting for him to stop!

As you can imagine, the car on the left inevitably collided with the BlackVue user’s car. Insurance ruled in favor of the BlackVue user – 100% not at fault. The damages to JCJPark’s car were estimated at $2000!
